Online Ordering
Current government advice determines that we are providing customers with essential gardening products though our non contact home delivery service (supporting social distancing, self isolation, home schooling, food production, self sufficiency and very importantly mental health and wellbeing) are outweighed by the public health benefits of suspending these services. Please be assured we are following government advice and guidelines at all times and this is monitored on a daily basis.
Customers can place order online for local delivery or they can ring us and place order over the phone. We will ring you to take payment and arrange when we can deliver. Delivery will be to the Kerbside /Front gate. To protect our staff we will ring our customers from our delivery vehicle to confirm we are at the correct property. We will drop the goods without any face to face interaction. We will not come through closed gates, put in buildings/ sheds etc or onto premises to protect our staff from interaction with corvid 19. Pick smaller bags if you have lifting issues.
